CMH KEMPSTER FORD BLUFF, sold me a car that was riddled with problems and when I called them they told me that they had no legal liabilities towards me or the car that they had sold me. They sold me a silver VW TCROSS 1.0 DSG, that obliviously had a lot of issues, during the sale they did not offer any extend warranty leading me to think that the car was still under warranty, in the first 9 months of purchase the car had issues with the gearbox and the car battery when I confronted them the manager told me he had no legal obligation to me as the car had already left their premises. When I asked the salesman why he had not mentioned the issue of extended warranty he did not give me any explanation and ignored my calls. I am frustrated and overwhelmed as I have already spent well over R25 000 trying to fix the problem which has since returned and I have no means of repairing the car again. All this has happened and the car is t even 2 years old yet.

Very disappointed with the service I received from these guys, brought the car to this place as it had just broken down on me, it was burning fuses and many other issues like turbo underboosting and non functional air conditioning, long story short the only thing that got fixed was the replacement of turbo otherwise the car came back as fixed, drove for few days and it broke down with the same, took the car back as they supposedly have a 12 month warranty on their repairs. Ok a month later nothing has been done to the car, poor communication I literally had to beg them to give feedback which was nothing by the way, I started pushing and i was hit with a new quote of rewiring the car from scratch and costed well above 50k. I had completely lost faith after this and i had to unfortunately decline this option and I was told I will not get no refund or compensation for the failed job the dealer did on the car and the best they could do for me was to tow the car back to my place, ok you would think that is simple well a week later it didn’t happen as i was getting sent from pillar to post until I decided to rock up with my tow truck yesterday and took my vehicle, has been a very distressing ordeal and I am just glad I don’t have to deal with those guys no more

I have been a client of Kempster Ford Bluff for approximately 15 years now. In this time I have always traded in my vehicles & serviced with them. There is a reason why I keep going back. Their service levels have not changed in all this time. They are always helpful, friendly & ready to go the extra mile. I would like to especially mention Ash from their service department. Ash is hands down, their biggest asset. He remembers my husband & I. He always has a kind word & makes us feel valued as clients. If Ash tells me that my car needs something, I know that it’s legitimate. He will never make me pay for something that I don’t need. When I serviced my car last week, he introduced me to Crystal. Initially I was hesitant to deal with someone else, but oh my word: she was absolutely amazing! So friendly & caring, giving me regular updates along the way. If anything, I will keep going back for Ash & now Crystal as well. Kempster Ford: I hope you know how blessed you are with a team this dedicated to customer service excellence!

This is the 3rd year running and Ford haven’t failed with their pathetic service delivery. My car was dropped off this morning for a service and I haven’t heard from the dealership since. I had to call them at 13:00 to ask for feedback. I have tried to reach them to arrange for collection of my vehicle and nobody picks up their phones.

I sent my Ford Ranger 2.2 for service. In October 2022. Their service is number 1. I felt welcome, they have friendly staff. They keep u updated on the progress off the vehicle. My car runs perfectly, they did a great job. Well done Guys!!

I have known Ash, Mohammed and them when taking our work vehicles for services and loved their professionalism and friendly support and services. I now have my own Ford Kuga and I didn't even think twice about where to take it for service. I've known this team for years now and they have never changed. Same attitude. Same spirit. Same enthusiasm. I will always recommend them to anyone I know who needs Ford services in Durban

I have been having endless problems withy Ford Kuga which in the first year was getting sorted with no issue however in the second year particularly from March this Year. They have replaced my engine and still issues my plugs weren't even put in right. The car is drinking oil and I'm told that's normal. I am being pushed pillar to post to no real answers. My car had been giving some performance issues which, when taken back to Ford, was the cat Converter and I waited 3 months for feedback, in those 3 months I left messages but never got a call back, as I was told it was going to get replaced which never happened until I went back to find out what's happening. The guys did a diagnostic and got sensor errors which I said to get fixed and then another senor error in a matter of 2 days after that was fixed in another 3 days my management light comes on again which was now a turbo problem which never got fixed. All I want is what was promised to me. Fix my turbo and replace my cat converter. The start stop feature doesn't work which was also on the job card which isn't even being mentioned. I has also mailed the dealer principal and no reply on that aswel. The service they promise and the delivery are 2 very different things.
