I WAS SCAMED BY PEUGEOT ISANDO THEY EAT MY MONEY AND NEVER OFFER SERVICES on 08/01/2018.

On 08/01/2018 We have been scammed by Peugeot Isando amount of R5,403.60 and they did not do the job they billed us for. This was the story, we started by going to the office and make enquiry that the car cranks nice but cant start, we tried to replace recommended sensors as recommended by local mechanics still car cant start, please advise us what can we do?

The sales Man Dan said, the better person to speak to is William go there to his office and have a chat with him. We spoken to William, about our problem, he simpley advised us that once changed parts of sensors, you need to inform computer box that you did so other wise old fulty codes shall still reflect and car wont start. We asked him, will How much is call out fee and sevices fee for your electricians to come with us and inform the computer box for us?

William Answered, we do not go out, you need to bring in your car, we can inform the computer box of the changes and also diagnose the car for you and see more electrical problems then we shall give you a full report at R1500 only.

It Sounded more professional, we brought in the car and we filled required paper work, and went home waiting for feed back.

Now here is where the scam started from, He forgotten that he said he will diagnose and give us full report. at R1500

He started by sending single quotation of one thing, there there is No spark on the car, of which we also new that, Then he said, they can not manage to diagonise more problems without that problem get sorted.

So it will require R5,403.60 vat and labor incl. That the job to be curried out is wiring inspection test for no spark and fix it. so that once they fixed spark problem they will go ahead look for more problem.

After that he thrown a thread that if you accept that price we go a head fix the spark problem, if decline, you come collect your car as it is and pay R1500 and go.

As desperate as we need a car to start we asked him, that if we accept to pay that money are you sure you will fix the spark problem???? he said yes once accept the quote then we fix it.

We accepted the quote. then he said thanks and keept quite for 2 day he send another Quotation that all together you need to pay R29,021.27 we shall replace we need to put new calculator part Number ********** 880 coting R15,295.23 and new fuse box part number ********** 880 costing R3,442.02 labor R1980.00 plus first job done of R5,403.60. that will all sum up R29,021,27.

After that he thrown another threat that after we did wiring and spark fix we found out that problem, we need to fix it and we can find another problem for you. if you accept we go ahead with the repairs if not, come collect your car pay for the first job done but still your car wont start.

What woken us up and noticed that we are being scamed by peugeot Isando is that why too many threats? and also to chek online to compare prices of the calculator when we put in the calculator part number, it shows computer box!

we know to repair computer box is R650 from ECU and it was first thing to do was to take computer box to ECU they put it in machine and told us the computer box is fine working 100% no repair needed. Now peugeot isando used mechanical jagon of changing computer box name to be calculator after all they know clients are stupide they dont know any thing they will just follow what ever is said.

From there we told William that now we are out of funds Stop the Job let us come to collect our car and pay for the job you have worked for of fixing the spark problem, But make sure that when we are there, you Electricians must be in position to show us those sparks that he fixed.

In the morning we started by calling peugeot Isando to comfrim our coming with William, we called more than 8 times every after 5 to 10 min and the receptioned kept telling us william is there in his office but I dont know reason why he cant pick up his calls.

We decided to hire brakedown to go collect the car, Only to see that peugeot Isando never even bather to fix the car, the way we took it is the way we found it, and that time when we there collect it, william jump quickly to arrange electrician to start opening it.

sofar he just removed air compressor we told him just leave the car the way it is we taking it.

We ask William how much we owe he, he said R5403.60 for wiring and spark fix. we ask him can you show us the spark? He said we did not get the spark but we did wiring inside the Engine. He started squizing the eyes for the black technician when whatever stroy is giving the technician does not have idea of what he is saying other than him saying yes yes

This William guy of peugeot Isando he went a head to swipe my card and scamed that R5,403.60 yet they did not do the job and my money was scamed like that. on 08/01/2018 morning hours. I went a head to look for another mechanical company that I paid and helped me fix my problem For any help that these peugeot Isando can return my money shall be appreciated. My car YPP 329 GP
