Lack of compassion/unwilling to help

Trying to obtain medical reports for a severe illness claim for 3 months. Feedback received: unsure which doctor will be willing to complete it. What? The medical reports are paid for by the insurer. How is this based on how the doctors feel? Why are they not wiling? There's medical reports...Copy & Paste...? Why deliberately cause heightened emotions where it already exists due to the dreaded disease. Why is anyone at Medicross not willing to assist for the past 3 months? No compassion at all, for a profession where compassion should be the foundation.
