Disappointing service from Kenly Florist

<p>I brought a groupon from Kenly Florists as a birthday gify and have been very disappointed in their services.  Quite amazingly incompetent and the deliver was supposed to occur on the day of the birthday and it did not.  I am hoping for a refund from groupon due to this shocking service but wanted other people to be aware of the risk before working with this company.  </p> <p> </p> <p>They claimed they had not received delivery details, which they had, but only contacted me at midday on the day of the supposed delivery to ask for details.  This is unacceptable.  After receiveing all details again and follow up emails I have no word and the delivery has not occured.  I am shocke at their incompetence.  Stay away.Disa</p>
