Damaged goods. No refund.
They sold me a broken item. I returned it. To date. They have not refunded me. Never returned a call or replied to an email. I reported the broken switch immediately. Called them. They promised to replace it the next day. It's been a month now.

I must say, he is very informative, friendly, patient and Honest! and I know for a fact that in the Sales Industry, honesty is a very expensive quality. Much respect you my good sir!
