Dear Sir/Madam, Re: Complaint regarding delayed claim settlement and poor service I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the handling of my insurance claim following an accident on April 20, 2025. Despite logging the claim promptly on April 21, 2025, and submitting all required documentation, I have experienced significant delays and poor service from your company. The assessor's report was received, and I disagreed with their findings. Your consultant advised further quotations with supporting documents can be submitted. Outsurance proceeded to tow my vehicle to an unauthorized location, causing further inconvenience and delay. After a week-long wait, my vehicle was finally located and towed to the correct panelbeaters. Late afternoon of the 7th May 2025. My chosen panelbeater took the vehicle to supaquick. Sent their findings with pictures and supaquick report on the 12th May. 3 days upon receiving the vehicle. It has now been almost four weeks since the claim was lodged, and despite numerous follow-ups, Outsurance continues to delay payment and provide excuses for the delay. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Outsurance. As a policyholder, I expect a higher level of service, particularly in times of crisis. I request that Outsurance: 1. Settles my claim promptly and fairly. 2. Provides a full refund of my premium due to the poor service and delays experienced. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take prompt action to resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
TONIGHT my Daughter lost a vital function of a brand new car..... BRAKES! Yes, she could not brake whilst driving 47km in a residential area.... tracker available for your perusal. She has been complaining about this car a month after she bought it and it's only 11 months old!!! There are several issues like the dash board warning lights going off. Car not reversing when in reverse gear and a whole lot more.......NEED I CONTINUE??? I WILL HOLD YOU FULLY LIABLE FOR MY DAUGHTERS SAFETY, WELLBEING AND LIFE.

I cancelled the contract in October 2024 telephonically from the trade route mall branch. 30 days notice they said! A debit for December just went offff. Refund and cancel pls.
14 June... your unit indicated my vehicle was parked at home. When infact. It was out. Confirmed by you. 3rd June. Again. Your unit showed that it was in the CBD for 2 days and 1 night. When infact. It was parked at home. I asked for a trip log... and yes... it didn't update at all. Sunday 30th June. Your tech came to check the unit. Worked a few hours on the vehicle. Today 2 July. After being almost 9 minutes on the phone. I still do not have a working unit. As you are aware.... this is my only recourse to get a resolution. I shud have requested credit on all the other times I complained. So. Thus. I am expecting a credit or a no penalty cancellation as your track record will prove. I have more problems than not!!!
I am asking again. Why am I being charged R985 from R750 for a 2015 vehicle for a pensioner????? The value of the vehicle has decreased substantially! The vehicle is rarely being used!!
This company is the only one that refuses to cancel my late sister policy. As if I am claiming life insurance but it's simply a car insurance that we only requesting cancelation. We don't even have the vehicle anymore. They desperate for money that they want to claim from her grave.
All other entities has cancelled their contracts. Integrisure is a car insurance that we not even claiming from and they refuse to cancel my late sister policy. No living person is obligated to stay with an insurance they dont want. BUT THEY ARE SO DESPERATE FOR MONEY, THEY WANT HER TO PAY FROM HER GRAVE. All this because I am not listed on her policy as her mandate. And because I do not have an executors letter as YET! However. The letter I have now is what I need to complete her inventory... so this letter worked every where else but integrisure is really desperate for money.
In July 2022. I requested a renewal on a vehicle. It's now 2023. No RENEWAL. I now want a cancelation to be effected immediately as I have NEVER been contacted and my monthly installment has been increased.
