Outstanding Service from IntegriSure I must say, the service I received from IntegriSure was truly excellent. They’ve been incredibly effective and consistently put the customer first. This is exactly what customer service should be tailor made insurance solutions that benefit me, with support that’s always available when I need it. A special thank you to Tanya Iraklopoulos, who has been absolutely on the ball. She’s professional, attentive, and always ready to assist. I’m really happy with the experience and the level of care I’ve received Highly recommended!

Bad service
I am so dissapointed, for years my mother did bussiness with them and she never had a complaint. I phoned them for a quote, and they were kind but still very eager. I explained from the beginning that I only want a quote. Now that I want them to confirm that I dont have a contract with them , they just ignore my emails. Four emails and one phone call later I recieve a letter that I must send to my current insuarance company to cancell their service. Please can somebody please acknowledge the fact that I am not a client off integrisure. I hate to do it this way. Mrs Durand

Bad service

Exceptional services
Have been a client with Integrisure for over 10 years. I have recieved professional and efficient services from them. My broker Quinton is the absolute best.. always willing to assist and goes beyond expectations to assist. Definitely an insurance company and broker highly recommended.

All other entities has cancelled their contracts. Integrisure is a car insurance that we not even claiming from and they refuse to cancel my late sister policy. No living person is obligated to stay with an insurance they dont want. BUT THEY ARE SO DESPERATE FOR MONEY, THEY WANT HER TO PAY FROM HER GRAVE. All this because I am not listed on her policy as her mandate. And because I do not have an executors letter as YET! However. The letter I have now is what I need to complete her inventory... so this letter worked every where else but integrisure is really desperate for money.

Stuck next to the side of the road with no help from Integrisure.
What an eye-opener. We were stuck next to the road and the person at the call center could not find our policy number or my husband's id number on Integrisures system. Road assist is not a luxury in South Africa, it is a necessity. We were 100 meters from a location. Why have I been paying Integrisure all these years (15+ years)??? The person at the call center could not even speak coherently, so I do not know if he was just incompetent or if there was another problem???????

Bad service
Integrisure have had my ps5 for 8 days when I phoned them they told me they are not satisfied with the answer they got from their own service provider so they are sending it back to him so he can give them a different answer if this is not corrupt then what is.What answer do they want I assume it’s so they don’t have to pay out hence I will be looking for a new insurance company starting today.
