No Medical coverage
I have just received a letter stating that Sizwe is fully operational.I went to see a orthopaedic surgeon at Faerie Glen in Pretoria when I was done I had to have an MRI done and I was told that I have to pay it myself and then claim back from Sizwe.I then called the hospital to find out if they would cover my surgery and was told the same thing pay cash and claim it back from Sizwe and this is a hospital on there list of hospitals dealing with them.I will now be looking for a new medical aid as I am being treated as a private patient every we’re. And yes I have put in a claim last year November and no reimbur*****t has been made so they can not even refund a small amount how will they refund an MRI and Operation.

No compassion for your customer
I bought a dinning room set from Takealot after 3 months one chair broke I sent it back I am now being told my Noelle that I can not return it without the original packaging how must I keep this big boks for 12 months it is unreasonable to expect it. I have spent thousands at this place and this is the service I get it’s disgusting. I have been trying to get hold of Sizwe all I get is a WF number and a 3-5 day waiting period this has been 3 weeks now and no answers from them they are avoiding me because they need to reimburse me this is one of 4 WF numbers I have that have not bee attended to

Terrible service
Glasfit Roodepoort must be the worst glass fitment centre I have had dealings with.First I get no feedback on when my widescreen would be arriving.Then when they have to install between 09:00 and 10:00 they apparently can’t find my address so I had to cancel as I had plans at 12:30 as they were still not at my premises this is the worst service ever

Terrible service
I would just like to know from Standard Bank were are there people working from because my wife was on a call and it sounded like this guy was sitting in the street while communicating you can’t hear this guy with the hooting and people in the background I would think Standard Bank would be more professional this is appalling I say the least

Vomatel are useless
I am waiting for a new installation from Vumatel I think I might have gotten a call from some woman the line was bad she put down.The next thing I get a mail stating Vumatel has been trying to get hold of me and that my installation will now be delayed because they can’t get hold of me.Get people that can speak over the phone I had a 5 second call and you are stating that you have tried to contact me you are disgusting
