They are *****ing from people. I've been with PlayStation for 3 years now and always pay my yearly fee to play online. It's now the 28th of NOVEMBER and my next due date is the 19th Of DECEMBER and I cannot play anything online. Please don't go with PlayStation go rather with Xbox it's is so much more worth it. Pay just to get cut of a month before the time and PlayStation if you want to I can send you your own email's

On the 01 August I purchased a zero value add on but then i got deducted R1500+ , i have been struggling to get a refund, they dont have 24 hour support , and when i use the online chat bot it eventually says no live agents available to help, when i eventually got through to a live agent and giving all the references i was told that my account doesn't fall in to the USA/Canada area since im in South Africa . And the link provided for the Africa supports keeps giving me the no agent available. Im at wits end

Playstation advertised that with the subscription service, you keep the game for life as long as you have a subscription but now they are removing games. I contacted support, and asked for the complaints team and they could not even do that. No wonder PC is the King of Hardware for gamers. The lies from PS is disgusting because we spent our hard earn money to enjoy the games they provide and they have zero respect for us.

I can't understand how such a reputable company can have such terrible customer support.Im trying to get a refund an not getting any response.Its always an issue trying to get hold of them.
