They are *****ing from people. I've been with PlayStation for 3 years now and always pay my yearly fee to play online. It's now the 28th of NOVEMBER and my next due date is the 19th Of DECEMBER and I cannot play anything online. Please don't go with PlayStation go rather with Xbox it's is so much more worth it. Pay just to get cut of a month before the time and PlayStation if you want to I can send you your own email's

BUT I can't play anything online and it's the 28th of NOVEMBER. Red dead redemption ONLINE kicks me out. Call of duty ghost ONLINE kicks me out. Call of duty ww2 ONLINE kicks me out. GUYS please I always believe PlayStation was better than x-box but it really is not they always have problems and I still have more than 3 weeks to pay but can't do anything. DONT GO WITH PLAYSTATION GO WITH X-BOX
Do not go with CM trading at all. We took there learning course they offer and we had to pay it off in 36 months. Our first payment was 1 September 2022 and now after 38 months they are still taking the money. They are *****s and even my experience with them after 3 years where terrible with them just doing what they want too. CM trading I want my money back for the last 2 months. ( October and Novembers money) Please choose another broker as they are not ethical to be anything els than taking your money for nothing. CM trading sort it out Cheraldine lynch is account holder name.

Very unhappy with the service. Wifi broke on Monday the 13th of January 2025 and they only came to fix it on Friday the 17th of January 2025. Just to come home on Tuesday the 21st of January and the wifi is broken again on the outside of our yard. Didn't fix it properly wifi cables were still outside of the box. Pay every month to sit 2 weeks without wifi because they will probably take another week to fix!!! I definitely don't recommend Vox or Vuma very poor service 😕
Ones again i have problems with them My wifi cable broke on Thursday of last week and i phoned immediately. They then told me they will take it to the technical team and i will receive a email and sms and is a 72 hour turn around time. I phoned friday again because i have not reviewed any sms or email from them and they just tell me no it is being looked at and 72 hours must be given. Yesterday i phoned again still with no answer and just got told again will take it up with the technical team. So what must i do to get vox to come out. You pay for a service and i know the cable broke but you guys dont give a S^££ about your customers what so ever. This is my second review on hello peter for vox in 4 months because its really pathetic paying more than R800 a month for a service you have 8 days out of a month not. And how you guys dont even care about your clients is really weak. Guys please dont go with them go with vodacom or telekom because my parents are with vodacom and never has these time if issues because they care aout there clients and vox never cares just cares about the money coming in.
I dont understand what is happening. We ordered a phone last week. Yesterday we struggled to get the guy to deliver it and had to call 2 times to skyne( vodacoms delivery people) to bring it but they said no it will ne delivered today. Today comes and believe it the guy does not wanti give the phone because my middel name is not on my drivers license. Like really a middle name. This is ridiculous and then i call skynet now 2 times and they just put the phone down in my ear in the first 10 seconds of the call. I dont know what to do i never had problems with vodacom but this will definitely be the last. This is how you treat customers that is more than 10 years on your network
I dont understand whats going on. 200 min on the phone. 5 emails send still nothing. More than 48 hours without wifi and nobody seems to give a Sh%£ They never care about their clients. Always stories. Calling every few hours and every customer service person just keeps telling us to unplug our router, like we did not try that more than a thousend times ALREADY. Vert unhappy with them and always the same story. Was now on the phone with some for 30 min and once again could not tell me anything and keeps telling me someone will be with you and then hangs up. Really bad. If you have electricity no wifi so whats the use of have wifi if there is always a problem with it and the owners of the **** company cant even find the problem. Wonder if vox/vuma will pay me back for all the days without wifi. Probably not because its more money in the bosses pocket at the end of the day. Really bad. Wont recommended going with vuma/vox go with vodacom. My parents is with vodacom and never has problems Probably for the last 3 years. And we have problems multiple times a month.

Dont go with sanlam ever. My mother passed away 1 year and 3 month ago. First we struggle to get the policy of my mother at sanlam for more than 9 month. Thats ***** in my eyes. But anyway they got it after big fights with attorneys and everything Now they did it and PPS the administration of sanlam send sanlam all the documents for sanlam to pay out on the 9th of Oct. I called PPS and they said it would take 5 to 12 working days for the policy to pay out. Today is the 12 worling day. Yesterday alll of a sudden no one can help me . I phoned pps and sanlam and they dont lnow even whats going on in there own business. Sanlam say yes they can see the documents was send the 9th but was not even looked at and not payed. Its really a bad business do not join them. I know of people close to me also struggling or have struggled with sanlam. Then i send email to sanlam en PPS but why would they answer me they dont even care. I send about 6 email and not even 1 of them replys. They dont care about you they are a ***** company that wants to keep your money so they can get more money. Dont join them go with someone els instead. Would never recommend PPS or sanlam to anyone ever again. The carelessness got me that you guys dont even care.
