Bad service how can they deduct more money as my account after I phone in and the amount is different no statement according to my judgement it must consider as *****
Poor service from vodacom first I battle to exchange my faulty Playstation5 now issue with the billing first the person I was talking to battle over 20 min to help with the account apparently you pay for the cable from. Ps5 to TV realy how 🤔 please vidacom sort your staff out never had such bad experience with a service provider
Wow Vodacom what can I say I'm still waiting for my Playstation from 5 des I had to phone in on my own cost you don't reply on any ways defnerly won't recommend you to anybody only empty promises nobody can give me an answer when Wil they deliver my new ps5 very disappointed in you
Hi I am so disappointed in vodacom from call centre's to the peoples that do their media complains bought a Playstation as an add on product not working I had to phone Playstation self to figure the problem all that they beef to do is sent a new Playstation but no feedback I had to call from one side to onather can't believe it could get so bad
