For the first time I enjoyed renting a vehicle, the service is amazing, I have dealt with Mahomed and he was great, patience and offered extra service, I called to extend and the lady was great as well. I would recommend Eoodford car anytime
I would say that the repairer is very great, and working with Ravi is always flawless, our Santam Uninsured Legal assessing team always appreciate the work Big Five Panel and Paint does on all the third party claims, their professionalism is amazing. I must say Assessing claims with Ravi is always a flawless experience . thank you ravi and big Five for making 2024 a breeze

This terrible service I am receiving is uncalled for I had an incident, reported it, ABSA idirect appointed Pride Autobody to repair, on January 13th I paid the excess as the repairer stated that they have to preorder the parts. On February 2nd I took the car in, Pride Autobody has had my car until March 4th, when I fetched my car, I noticed that my windscreen is cracked, I then told the lady receptionist who said they saw it, however they didnt even tell me about it. I was asked to come back on 5th March to speak to the owner, the owner says its a stone chip, I would like to know if When absa appoints repairers, they allow them to drive our cars around until stones hit the windscreen and crack it? The autobody also refuses to take responsibility and repair my windscreen saying it has to be my insurance yet for 5 weeks I didnt have my car and the crack occured whilst my car was with the repairer. I have sent emails to ABSA on the admin, complaints and claim emails and no response

I called tracker and spoke to a lady regarding a problem of an account that was canceled however for some reason Nimble has listed the account, she said the account was canceled and Nimble was never given the account, she was searching for a letter I am meant to receive as proof when she then cut my call whilst I was on hold. I called back to find out what happened and I connected to another consulted by the name of Nombulelo if memory serves me correct. I wonder if she is in training or just doesn't know her job, not only did she lie about what the 1st consultant told me, she started telling me we cannot have the proof of what was said yet the line is recorded and she also refused to transfer me to the lady I had spoken to just less than 5mins ago. I have never seen service like this. Imagine I am buying a car and they want to install tracker in it and I have already experienced this service... It is embarrassing to say the losy
on December 1st, I logged a call to Joburg water as I noticed that my Meter box was leaking water, I was given a reference 400551173 by Nonhlanhla in the complains Department,I explained that when I woke up, I noticed that there was water on the street and this water was coming from my Meter, she took me through the process of switching the meter off, she also told me to be home as someone will be coming, I stayed home the whole day and nobody showed up, Tuesday I called and she said I should leave the meter key,I did so and went to work,when I came home my meter box was turned on and water was still leaking , I switched it off, Wednesday I called and she said the Technician had left my meter on as he thought it was fixed, I advised this was not so as it still leaked, Wednesday I left a key again, the technician came, I don't know what he did but at least this time he didn't waste water by turning on the meter, when I got home as I thought it was fixed and I needed the toilet badly I turned it on but again it leaked, I called Thursday and Nonhlanhla said the technician did not give a report,on Friday the technician came backNonhlanhla then said the Technician does not have a report
I booked a car through Yell For Yellow, I was then sent a consultant from Tourvest Travel who was pleasant and assisted me very well, but when I got to Cape Town, the car hire they organized couldnt give me a car. I called and told them, my refund was due in 7days since I now had to use a shuttle because I had already paid for a car I couldnt get. <br> <br> today is 15days later, I am still waiting for my refund... <br> <br> I am appalled at the service, I am the one calling or emailing them all the time and they keep saying tomorrow tomorrow, When exactly should I expect my money, how hard is it to give someone their money back?
