What an eye-opener. We were stuck next to the road and the person at the call center could not find our policy number or my husband's id number on Integrisures system. Road assist is not a luxury in South Africa, it is a necessity. We were 100 meters from a location. Why have I been paying Integrisure all these years (15+ years)??? The person at the call center could not even speak coherently, so I do not know if he was just incompetent or if there was another problem???????
