Pitty I couldn't give 0 stars. After 9 emails Absa still don't get it. The number on which you are suppose to claim 0860100876 is not in working order. There is no way to follow up on a claim. You only get an AI answer on your emails telling you to use the number 0860100876, and they are only working office hours. But they can email you on a Sunday to inform you of an increase on your payment.
Thank you Absa for always having your clients back. If it wasn't for your kind staff I would still be renting. Thank you for pushing me into buying. Soon I'll be going on pension and then I'll have a roof over my head. Me and my family will always be greatfull Nicolene Durand
I am so dissapointed, for years my mother did bussiness with them and she never had a complaint. I phoned them for a quote, and they were kind but still very eager. I explained from the beginning that I only want a quote. Now that I want them to confirm that I dont have a contract with them , they just ignore my emails. Four emails and one phone call later I recieve a letter that I must send to my current insuarance company to cancell their service. Please can somebody please acknowledge the fact that I am not a client off integrisure. I hate to do it this way. Mrs Durand
