Do not use this company or any of their "products". Their software was so bad it was a liability to our business and support didn't exist so we had to move to another payroll software. When we migrated we were sent letters of final demand for a bill for an entire additional year and a half despite not using their product. They put more effort into ******ing money from people than developing their trash software. Avoid!

This Company has no customer service at all. If you phone with a query nobody phones you back. We emailed one of their technicians in October 2024 regarding work he was supposed to do for us and to date we have never received a reply. They are very quick to bill you in fact they want payment up front but do not seem to be at all interested in meeting any of their obligations. Do not even consider using them

I have had the opportunity to work at Kerridge Commercial Systems and unfortunately, my experience has been one marked by several concerning practices that I feel need to be highlighted. 1. Geographic **************: One of the most disappointing aspects of working at Kerridge is the company's clear distinction in salaries based on location. Employees based in Johannesburg, where salaries are typically higher, are compensated more compared to those in Cape Town, where the cost of living, especially in terms of housing, is often higher. While some geographical salary differentiation can be expected, the extent to which this is done seems excessively disproportionate. 2. Salary Confidentiality Policy: Kerridge’s company policy that prohibits employees from discussing their salaries is not only concerning but is also in direct violation of laws meant to protect against **************. The company justifies this policy by claiming it is necessary to protect employees' mental health, yet this seems more like fearmongering to avoid transparency. The lack of open communication about salaries perpetuates inequality and contributes to a toxic workplace environment. 3. Salary Increases Below Inflation: On top of the salary discrepancies, salary increases are consistently below inflation, meaning that over time, employees experience a steady decline in their purchasing power and quality of life. To make matters worse, directors have often implemented measures that further reduce these increases, causing significant financial strain for employees. Overall, my time at Kerridge Commercial Systems was marked by disappointment in how employees are treated, with clear policies that exacerbate inequality and fear. The lack of transparency, compounded by below-inflation salary increases, leads to diminished work experience and a poor quality of life for many employees.

I use IQ retail at my shop. Every three months it shuts our system down and we have to reregister??? we used to phone in now we have to log a ticket for assistance - what happens to the POS while our shop is open? The IQ support in Plettenberg Bay is not effective at all. I wait 10 minutes on the phone and they then cut me off. Poor system
