i have to download one business statement at a time to auditors for the business which has 4 accounts. that is 48 times of mindless numb idoicy - i thought FNB was a tech orientated bank.
We have been trying since friday last week to get pre approval for knee surgery - despite the operation tomorrow morning I am still on the telephone awaiting a response. this has involved flight bookings to JHB, accommodation etc. Very poor
Trying to get FNB forex online seems to be proving to be impossible. Phoning the call centre and put through to different departments doesnt help. WHATS THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY IF IT DOESNT ****** WORK PROPERLY.
so it took nearly 9 months to get a bond for my business. It has now taken two years to have the ' business bond' loaded onto my profile. I have not received a statement since ( although the debit order goes off timeously). I have been refered to about 4 different contact numbers to phone - each passing me onto the next. THIS IS POOR SERVICE FOR A LOCAL SA ENTREPERENUER. I also dont like communicating with a bot - they dont have all the options....
They responded to my review on FNB EBUCKS. Basically they said to me I need to do what they want me to do ( which is not convenient to me the customer) otherwise I cannot earn Ebucks. So basically I earn virtually nothing every month while spending at least R200k pm on business - transactions? Why bother ?
I have ebucks but don't know why? I bought R106K worth of airline tickets last month and received E1664??? What is the point? R16.64?? Please - and my business moves a fair amount of money through these accounts.
SPeed Point - I had to change my speed point as it terminated its services mid transaction, I reset it.. then it wouldnt take the PIN, then a consultant came out after 5 ( very inconvenient), in his own car, with his lady partner waiting in the car, unbranded clothing, two cell phones, and proceeded to swop the machine. Could not download the batch for the day - cant get my money now for 7 - 10 days. As a small business this is unacceptable to me - I think its time I changed to YOKO - with crime rampant I was very uncomfortable with not knowing wether to trust the guy or not?
What is the point of a speedpoint support number when no one answers. My business speedpoint is down - NO SALES can happen!!
trying to get hold of any human via the client services methods are useless. After putting my ID in at least 5 times, customer number as well and hanging on to the phone for the better part of two hours without luck is very frustrating All for a cross border letter. Oh and they logged me out of the app?????
