Kerrs funeral directors are a bunch of SCAMMERS!!

Disgusted by this Funeral palour! Never use them! My gran passed and kerrs was called to fetch the body as we were in a state and could not really think of any other palours to call. They quoted way more than the other funeral palours quoted for the funeral R6000 more to be exact, and this price did not even include pamphlets .. we tried to have them give us the body so that we could use a more reasonable palour because we were having issues with the policies to pay out but the manager known as Grant at the Industria branch who is an unsympathetic scammer told us he won’t release the body, so the funeral was delayed and we made arrangements to pay Grant the amount he quoted us as he refused to release the body, but he then went on to give us the cheapest of the cheapest coffin and apparently gave us the ”pamphlets for free” as he says but even that was of cheap quality despite the exorbitant amount we paid compared to other palours! Disgusting to think that people are profiting off scamming people who are vulnerable and in mourning! DO NOT USE KERRS!
