Terrible service. In my familys time of bereavement they wanted us to look for a cemetery and yet after it was their job. The family already had some financial issues and the one lady Maya was so rude to the family, kept telling them its not her problem, she even dropped the call at one point. On the day of the funeral which was this past Saturday, they brought the body 4 hours later and when arriving with it they still had an attitude and swore some ppl when asking why they late. When we called them to ask where they were they told us they are finishing another funeral as and is awaiting a driver. Kerrs in industria is the worst place ever to bury your loved ones from. They took us to a cemetery almost half hour away from the one we normally bury at. They never brought any chairs, tables, and came to put a tent on a day before the funeral. At the grave site they did not give the water, cooldrink as we as the grave mark and yet this after they were paid for it. Their service is horrible and they did not care abt the family instead they were so rude.
