I called Ketelkraal and spoke to a lady named Simone, who was very helpful. She we was knowledgeable about what I needed and arranged for me to come and fetch it from their shop in Centurion. When I got there, she greeted me with a big smile. My order was ready and I paid for it then left. She called me that afternoon to check if I was happy with my purchase. What a service Simone.
