False advertising
I've recently came across an advert of keto gummies which is a great way of loosing weight any I read through everything and then I was given a choice to spin the wheel my arriw landex on free...one bottle of the miracle gummies to loose weight upon enteringy details I was taken to a space were I had to pay for the so called free item buy two get one free etc etc misleading someone is really a bad weight of giving someone hope if something is free it's just that free not buy one get one free or free delivery 8 mean come on mean what you say and say what you mean

Ketovratru sucks big time
I placed my order on the 2nd October 2020, there was no delivery. I called, emailed, got frustrated to the point that I even gave up and accepted defeat. After this transaction, I gave up on online sales. I only got the order yesterday on the 11th June 2021 via the post office. I got what I ordered, I am still disappointed. That their customer service sucks. I have in the process found another way of dealing with my weight challenge. I don't know if the product would have helped. If a customer is complaining, any reputable service provider would have at least tried to reassure the client and give them faith in their ability to serve, but not Ketovratru. Their work ethic suck, company culture sucks and they suck too.

False advertising Ketovatru SA/Keto Premier
I wish someone can close down this fraudster company which falsely advertises Keto Premier with the pretense that you have won, only to be charged R70 delivery, which turns out to be R1807 and R1444. When I called them to query, I was told it was my fault that I didnt read their terms and conditions? Bull****. What terms and conditions when you are told you have won. I should have listened to my guard feeling about the R70 delivery charge for something that I have 'supposedly' won. I immediately cancelled the order only to be told that I will have to wait for the delivery first, and then return it back to them for them to refund me. For God's sake, the order was not even processed when I called and spoke to Samantha (Sam). I wish I had read the reviews from hellopeter before I was scammed over R3000, DAYLIGHT ROBBERS.

Scammers and Frauds
So I'm not the only one who was scammed, doesn't make me feel better, but at least putting this on a public platform helps stop others. Yes, after selecting the free sample and trying to pay the R70 postage, I was charged the full R1902 for a 16 week course which has never arrived. Follow up emails tell me that the problem is more than likely at customs as the order has left the warehouse. Also tried to call the number provided and the response in a foreign language then alerted me that this was a scam. BUT, only after they deducted a further R1883 from my account. I went to my bank within 2 hours of receiving the transaction SMS to stop or reverse the amount, but of course this cannot be done. After filling in dispute forms, speaking to consultants and cancelling / reissuing my card I was hoping for a resolution. Now 17 days after that the bank is changing it's story, "apparently" if you enter your banking details on a website that gives the company (in this case scammers) authority to debit you as they wish. I've never heard such @#!%& in my life. The dispute was rejected, I was told to open a fraud enquiry, this was rejected and I've been scammed out of just less than R4000. The most interesting thing is when I email these frauds again, they still tell me my order is on it's way (nearly 2 months later), they have my address correct, but further in the email it confirms the address again with slight changes to the details so the order (if it was valid) would never reach you ..... check your order emails. Then the cheek to ask "is this address correct"?????? Shame on these MF's who steal from vulnerable people who are trying to improve their health / weighloss.
