I think kevro is actively working to tank my business. The account manager don't care, the Debtors email was responded to today, I paid already on wendsday. I responded to their email this morning but it's Friday the day is short, I have just followed up and still no response.
This is not the first order I have had issues with, every order is a problem. Their employees don't care and management is sleeping. I don't understand this lack of urgency or care.
When I spoke to my account manager he wanted to lecture me on their internal processes. I have begged, screamed, shouted and being "nice", most I was offered cooldrink😡.
If my client did not chose from Barron Catalogue I will not order from them.
I am very angry.
