Unhappy client
I enrolled to do a short online course with these guys. Firstly they said pay for the class would commence immediately after I paid around R2000 the class did not start and they did not bother to explain to me why I had to call them multiple times offering me excuses. Then after being consistent with calling them they decide to start a class for me. they discussed a bit of theory citing we will touch more on these issues in the practical session. then the owner sent the secretary to take us through the practical unfortunately the lady was not well equipped and she said Jerome would redo the practicals with you since she experienced technical errors. When I asked for the date of the practicals they no longer wanted to teach me and they practically wanted me to pay more. sadly, established businesses rob innocent people of their meagre income in this harsh economic environment and do not provide the service paid for. I would urge anyone who wishes to study autotronics or ecus not to allow these guys to rob them but rather look for some legit people.

Poor service
I left my car with them on Tuesday morning,never received a feedback from them with regards the problem with the car.I sent them whatsap messages as they use whatsap to communicate.They blue ticked me.On Wednesday morning I sent them a message a again asking them when can I expect the car to be fixed.The answer I get is they don't know.I must just sit wait.They are waiting for someone to come work on it.I don't even know where this person is coming from.When will this person arrive at their workshop.
