31 July,I signed up for an insurance to kick start in August.The agent was Atlegang.I called him again to inform him that the collection did not happen, therefore the insurance must be cancelled because I don't know when I'm getting the car.I was then told by another agent to rather make the due date September.I agreed to this.On the 12 August an email sent by me to Atlegang to cancel the whole insurance because I won't be getting the car.He gives a thumbs up on email.19 August I sent email to him, asking him if the insurance is cancelled.He does the right this time around by giving me a call and transfers me to an agent.I spoke to Mlondi.Instead of him addressing my issue,he wants to do an insurance quote for another car.I asked nicely to cancel the current insurance first.He can call me another time to do a quote.He says the cancellation is done.I called again after receiving no message that confirms the cancellation.This other chap I spoke said the system is not showing cancelled and he will consult Mlondi and call me back.I am yet to receive that call.I don't have time to be on the phone every day.
Ordering anything online in this company is a waste of time.They will accept your order and take your money, even if they don't have stock in hand.They won't even send communication or refund your money immediately.14 days is their waiting period.
I'm not happy with the service I received from the call centre.I am a new client at SA home loans.I made a real time payment to my loan on Monday morning. At 14:54 I made a phone call to check if the payment went through.A rude woman by the name Siphesihle took the call.I explained my reason for the call.She said the payment will show.Mind you, she did not even ask for my details to verify if indeed I have an account with SA home loans.I then asked her to please check my account.She rudely rep****,nooo I am not going to do that.Shouting as she is addressing a child.I then asked her for a reference number for the call.She then dropped the call on my ear. Is this how SA home loans treat its clients? I

Usebenze ***uhle for the first 2 cycles then kwi cycle yesithathu the machine had a funny sound and it didn't want to spin. We reported it at the store kwathiwa they will log icall no Defy. Gave the sales lady (Gama lakhe ngu Phiwo) iseriel number. Sixelelwa inonsense uba bona bayi showroom and this is not in their control 😳 After that cwaka funeke ibe sithi ababuza yena kwenzeka ntoni if there is any update. Izolo ioledi went into the store and the audacity of them telling her funeke ibe sithi abenza ifollow up kwa Defy funeke bafonelwe sithi. What utter *******! Commission uyifumene ngok she doesn't care what happens afterwards and umntu omdala is stressing about this. We have a brand new washing machine which we can't use!! 🤬 Rhaaaa uba ndiyozbe ndiphinde! Our last washing machine ndayithenga kwa OK kwapha eGugulethu Square and it lasted for 6 years. I'm certainly not done ngabo I will be taking this further. A colleague of mine complain.
Standard Bank service plan 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 I took out a Standard choice service plan with Standard Bank in September 2023.My car was due for service 30 October 2024.I unfortunately got into a car accident 16 October 2024.The car has been written-off.I called Standard Bank on the 24 October 2024 and asked them to cancel.The person I spoke to said I will get some of the premiums back.Long story shot,Standard Bank is now telling me that I'm not getting anything back.R3300 gone just like that.I'm making an awareness to anyone that wants to take this service with them.I will spread the word on X and tiktok as well.

I was involved in a vehicle accident 16/10/24.King Price sent a tow truck within few minutes.They also arranged an ambulance for my family.Long story short,car is a write-off and money owed has been payed to the bank.I only had the car for a year and this was my second claim this year.The claims were both hassle free.I highly recommend King Price.
I left my car with them on Tuesday morning,never received a feedback from them with regards the problem with the car.I sent them whatsap messages as they use whatsap to communicate.They blue ticked me.On Wednesday morning I sent them a message a again asking them when can I expect the car to be fixed.The answer I get is they don't know.I must just sit wait.They are waiting for someone to come work on it.I don't even know where this person is coming from.When will this person arrive at their workshop.
