In 2023 my wife and I hired a plot from an estate agent with this firm , since August 2023 we have not been able to have a warm shower , we wipe ourselves down with facecloths as if we are in the middle ages because the geysers are broken , the agent/owner who is employed at Keyworx Pretoria North has despite our pleas done absolutely nothing to resolve the situation the house is built on black turf and moves during cold weather and cracks then appear in the walls, floors , ceilings have collapsed. The owner/agent is only interested in money and claims to be poor but goes overseas atleast once a year and drives an expensive SUV , she expects that I as a tenant must give her eggs and fruit from my farming activities ontop of the rental I pay of R8000.00 pm , I have still not received the receipt for my deposit since August 2023, There is no lease agreement, she cannot provide me with the statement indicating that my deposit is in a 6% interest bearing account , I have reported her to the Property Practitioners authority which yielded no change. I have taken her to the rental housing tribunal and she showed open disdain towards the presiding officer . There are no certificates of compliance for any electrical work done. The structure is not suitable for human habitation , this has been escalated to the building inspectors for the city of Tshwane but to date they have not come to inspect. DO NOT BUY OR RENT PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY.
