Utmost disturbing Client Service
Violated. Emotionally abused. Victimized. Disrespected by 1 Agent namely Pieter van der Made. I have been poorly treated as A client of Mr. Van der Made. I have been with several agencies over the years. And never in my life as a tentant. Have I been treated with such disrespect by anyone. And the worst part; My mother loves the property. She really does. And she does not have any idea that Ive been treated so poorly by this Man. So I just keep pushing his disturbing lack of client service under the rug. But I have had enough. Perhaps my voice needs to be heard. Im no longer going to feel victimized by someone like this. When I asked if I could be allocated to another Agent.. Mr van der Made response; "I have given you this option before as I will again now. If you are so unhappy with our service ,you are welcome to give a months notice and go and find a property run by an agency that is more suited to your needs as a tenant." And all I ask for Is the following; Communication... Response... My monthly statements... My W & L bill... I get nothing. They Dishonored our verbal agreement. I have also asked for advice from my other current property agents... They all agree that THIS is NOT how a loyal client that have Started her Lease agreement up until now with Credit., should be treated. And All I asked in return was proper communication and assistance. Mainly with some form of Respect.

Bad experience
The experience from this agency has been so traumatic. The complex has had so many incidents of car theft, ******ies and negligence. The unprofessional behaviour as well when things are reported is heartbreaking

Bad experience
The experience from this agency has been so traumatic. The complex has had so many incidents of car theft, ******ies and negligence. The unprofessional behaviour as well when things are reported is heartbreaking

Worst service don't trust
Worst service ever! They arranged for a viewing but then it's a lie. The agent Pieter van der made at the pta north branch was very rude and unprofessional. They want all your private info before you can even look at a place. Don't trust them or do business with them. They don't want to give the address of the house also.

They want all your private info before you can even look at a place. Don't trust them or do business with them. They don't want to give the address of the house also.

In 2023 my wife and I hired a plot from an estate agent with this firm , since August 2023 we have not been able to have a warm shower , we wipe ourselves down with facecloths as if we are in the middle ages because the geysers are broken , the agent/owner who is employed at Keyworx Pretoria North has despite our pleas done absolutely nothing to resolve the situation the house is built on black turf and moves during cold weather and cracks then appear in the walls, floors , ceilings have collapsed. The owner/agent is only interested in money and claims to be poor but goes overseas atleast once a year and drives an expensive SUV , she expects that I as a tenant must give her eggs and fruit from my farming activities ontop of the rental I pay of R8000.00 pm , I have still not received the receipt for my deposit since August 2023, There is no lease agreement, she cannot provide me with the statement indicating that my deposit is in a 6% interest bearing account , I have reported her to the Property Practitioners authority which yielded no change. I have taken her to the rental housing tribunal and she showed open disdain towards the presiding officer . There are no certificates of compliance for any electrical work done. The structure is not suitable for human habitation , this has been escalated to the building inspectors for the city of Tshwane but to date they have not come to inspect. DO NOT BUY OR RENT PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worst real estate agent Abbey Masombuka
Abbey Masombuka is the most unprofessional and rude real estate agent I have ever come across. I had call to inquire about a property his tone on the call is someone who sounds bored and not interested in assisting you at all, after conversating with him. I had asked him to hold for me, I had put him on hold for less then 20 seconds he hanged up. I called him back and he told me " I have a lot of work and cannot be holding for" .
