Poor service at KFC Atlantis. Second window.

I was at KFC ATLANTIS last night at 19:57. I ordered 2 streetwise two's, one with a thigh and drumstick and one with the breast and drumstick. The lady t hat took my order was very friendly and spoke clearly. I even complimented her on how she spoke. At the next window I had very poor service. The lady had the bag in her hand, opened the window and handed the paper bag to me, when I asked for tomatoe sause she had already closed the window but before doing so, she said " Ai Meneer, ek wil net huistoe gaan"... I worked in retail (Vodacom) and therefore I sympathize with many people because of the hours they have to work but at the end of the day you have to be kind to your customers. I waited at the window until she opened it again and asked again for tomatoe sause then she picked up a box and said, "there's notomatoe sause, we waiting for the truck"...who waits until the stock is finished to order. Kentucky is very incomplete without tomatoe sause especially if you having chips. To top it off, I got two very dry pieces of chicken with a drumstick and a wing...not happy at all. R80 is enough to get a decent meal, I think...i would like to have the order that I placed at KFC ATLANTIS expense. Thank you.
