KFC COMPLAINT

Greetings I just ordered my meal from the app and when it arrived,the condiments side i can understand, the fries where literally half done,my box master aswell...it's not OK that when you order something and it's not done to perfection as advertised, I'm not happy as a customer and I hope this doesn't happen to any other customer again,it's honestly not okay,I didn't even finish the meal I bought,please do something about this,it's not good
