Paid for items that i have not received

I ordered a strips crunch box Large Added : Swap to dunk & crunch Large Sprite

What i received was a small box with small drink and no dunked items.

I ordered and complained on the 2nd November. Today is the 11th December and KFC has not made communication with me,

Very disappointed in KFC Kabega Park.
