KFC delivery from Kempton Gate

Do KFC even care about their customers writing bad reviews, KFC Kemptongate this is the second time I ordered from them I usually use Isandovale which I never had any issues wuith, but KFC Kempton Gate is the worst, the first time I had to ask for a refund as they delivered 3 hours late, I waited 14 days for this refund, today the 17th of June 2025 I ordered @ 11H45 and it os now 13H20 and no delivery, the Call Centre just tell you that they can see the delivery guy moving but on the app there is no movement. Now I need to ask for a refund again and wait another 14 days, RIDICULOUS!@!!!!
