Appalling service received.
I've never been so highly disappointed to the core with the service that I received today, I had to stand in the queue for more than 15 minutes while the shift supervisor was on an argument with one of my colleague who was making an order was raising a point that she is being sold fries for a price that is not advertised on the screen, but the shift supervisor who is Conny was taking long to resolve the issue which held us on time while standing in the queue, rather than her calling another cashier to open an alternative till so that we can be assisted, she did not. She did not had no means to even request us to be patient as she's resolving the matter and explaining the reason for it. The very same Cashier by the name of Winnie has got me a wrong order, where I ordered plain wings but when I got home I discovered that I'm sold dunked wings instead and have no choice but to eat them as they are... I wish I could have received a better outcome from this but this was so unprofessional and at a higher level of incompetence.

Went inside drive th...
Went inside drive thru was jammed.... Yesterday 11/09/2025 16H30 order 295 check cameras Tshepiso and other KFC Co worker playing around at counter delaying actual clients. Tshepiso helped another client and ignored husband and me.. I KID you not for 20 mins...helping everyone.. But us... When husband scolded her she laughed in his face... Border line ****** Called Petunia supervisor...of what or who I am not sure... As she was as bad as her staff member.... First time and last time there... Rude.. People destroying KFC brand name.. Get people in whom want a job millions waiting.... Disgusting to go there.. Treatment was horrible

Food wasnever delivered
I ordered food through Urber eats from kfc kempton , my food was never delivered and couldnt even located the person who delivered it . I advice people to becareful , il never order from yourl again

KFC kempton park I didn't like the food, l ordered dunked wings and there were so dry ,l'm not happy the way they prepared my dunked wing ,it wasn't the first time pls l will like that next when l buy them they should be more source that's the reason l bought ' dunked ' kindly change their ways
