I've never been so highly disappointed to the core with the service that I received today, I had to stand in the queue for more than 15 minutes while the shift supervisor was on an argument with one of my colleague who was making an order was raising a point that she is being sold fries for a price that is not advertised on the screen, but the shift supervisor who is Conny was taking long to resolve the issue which held us on time while standing in the queue, rather than her calling another cashier to open an alternative till so that we can be assisted, she did not. She did not had no means to even request us to be patient as she's resolving the matter and explaining the reason for it. The very same Cashier by the name of Winnie has got me a wrong order, where I ordered plain wings but when I got home I discovered that I'm sold dunked wings instead and have no choice but to eat them as they are... I wish I could have received a better outcome from this but this was so unprofessional and at a higher level of incompetence.
