Bad Customer Service
I bought online in November 2025 but didn’t receive my order,I complained through their customer care but never got refunded.They sent me an email on the 17th of January 2026 saying I can go to the branch with the case number I will be refunded,At the branch manager is not there to assist and never got to be refunded

Bad Customer Service

KFC Pimville Square serves us half cooked chicken
We were sold half cooked chicken that didn't even taste like it was salted. I was surprised that at this particular branch,I cannot make a selection of the part of chicken I liked. Very disappointed . Why is the standard of this branch more like a **** shop?
