I bought online in November 2025 but didn’t receive my order,I complained through their customer care but never got refunded.They sent me an email on the 17th of January 2026 saying I can go to the branch with the case number I will be refunded,At the branch manager is not there to assist and never got to be refunded
This business is nonsense,they are very quick in installing and debiting the money but when you need help they no where to be found.No network for 3 days and can’t get hold of them nxa.I will never recommend them to anyone 😭
Just ordered 2 full chicken meals now and the served me yesterday’s food ,not fresh at all chips are worse,Pedros Maponya mall has ***a service shame nxa .Im very angry.Should have bought Nando’s instead
Went to Pedros Maponya Mall wanted to buy Full Meal and unfortunately there were no buns and can’t alternate with anything else😒like really who’s problem is that..Customer or the Store?Asked for the manager “Sfiso”he didn’t even bother come assist staff just gave me head office number.*** service nxa

I have been buying their frozen mixed chicken Braai pack,and guess what they actually not mixed pieces but breasts and wings.Im so disappointed to their product and I’ve complained and their response was”brong back the product with your slip”how many people keep slips for food products mxm.I will be buying other brands theirs is nonsense.
Not once,not twice but a couple of times.I am a tenant at Maponya Mall and we have been KFC customers but recently we have been served kaak chicken.Not sure if it’s expired or because we work in the mall we just being served with not so fresh food 3rd grade.Their chicken always smells funny,it doesn’t matter if it’s the morning or as late as 4pm it smells bad and taste awful .their food not appetising anymore,trust me when I say they have lost a whole lot of customers because we normally eat there with my staff.I’m so disappointed
I downgraded my package and was told to pay R202,after I payed still disconnected when I called they told me I’m still owing another R110.So I regret why did I even consider re using DSTV,they are disgusting and unprofessional
I am a regular customer for debonairs maunde centre in atteridgeville,but sometimes they just don’t meet my expectations as a customer especially when I specifically order online and tell them I don’t want certain stuff in my pizza.They actually did the same mistake twice.I am getting fed up really
I am a very loyal steers customer but the service I got from last time was very bad,I got old chips brown with my cold burger the food took forever to be delivered .I emailed them but no action was taken I will never eat their food ever again.Maybe it’s because we are in atteridgeville
