Not once,not twice but a couple of times.I am a tenant at Maponya Mall and we have been KFC customers but recently we have been served kaak chicken.Not sure if it’s expired or because we work in the mall we just being served with not so fresh food 3rd grade.Their chicken always smells funny,it doesn’t matter if it’s the morning or as late as 4pm it smells bad and taste awful .their food not appetising anymore,trust me when I say they have lost a whole lot of customers because we normally eat there with my staff.I’m so disappointed

ORDER PLACED WITH KFC I placed an online order on the 01.06.2023 and paid online. Order was finalised the same day. On the 04.06.2023, Sunday at 05:00 am in the morning, my bank account was debited again with the same amount. I logged a case with KFC on the 05.06.2023 and the matter has still not been finalised. They keep on telling me they are battling to trace the payment for the 05.06.2023.

I requested a refund on my KFC order due to them not delivering. I paid for the meal upfront and now I have to wait 7-14 days for a refund. I find this ridiculous that in this day and age we have to wait 7-14 days to get a refund.

I ordered a meal on the KFC App and they could not deliver. I paid by card and asked them to refund me. I called the call center and no answer. I called the helpline and they referred me to selected another option. I did so with no response. I need my refund. Regards, D Veerasamy

KFC which is part of Yum Brands debited more than what they should from my bank account. They told me it will take 7-14 work day to be refunded. I will not buy KFC online again or via the app due to your faulty systems. I am now the one who need to sit and wait. The Call centre does not really help much and just keep telling how their processes work and cant care about this query. CASE NO: 1152491 W7J5W8

Pizza HUT - # USELESS #PATHETIC # F>>>>YOU>>>>>customer !!! order a pizza from Emmarentia Corner JHB Pizza Hut 18H24 , have to call the store / call centre 5 times to track pizza , Call Centre agent gets an attitude " 1st come first serve , just wait !???? call again , " delivery guy is at your gate but not true ! now 17H40 the driver stops with cold pizza. 10 Minutes later get a call from same driver saying im at the gate with your pizza ??? # super stupid # Confused driver ? ask for details of store owner , no feedback , ask for the Regional Manager - No feedback , Log a complaint on their Website - No response or Feedback ??? Really Pizza Hut - your service stinks and so does your product , the world will know of your incompetence to " serve " your clients - # WELCOME to ROMANS PIZZA

Visited KFC (Ferndale) and ordered 2 Streetwise 3 with Chips. This was supposed to be supper to be shared between 3 14 year olds. Imaging my surprise when I opened the box 3 very skinny Wings each. I wrote a Complaint letter to their Head Office on the Saturday. Early Sunday morning KFC Ferndale (Thuli) called me apologized and told me to come in and get a replacement meal which I did two days later. Thuli was truly surprised when I showed her the pictures. I fairly often order KFC and I knew this incident was a case of Staff simply not using Common Sense. Lets give Credit where Due..Well done KFC
