KFC which is part of Yum Brands debited more than what they should from my bank account. They told me it will take 7-14 work day to be refunded. I will not buy KFC online again or via the app due to your faulty systems. I am now the one who need to sit and wait. The Call centre does not really help much and just keep telling how their processes work and cant care about this query. CASE NO: 1152491 W7J5W8
