I don't have any Momentum paperwork to show me anymore what I am covered for. I called them today to find out how I can cancel the cover or if they can explain what I am covered for since I cant remember what I'm covered for or even who the broker is that wrote the policy. I spoke to Simpiwe Leve who took my call but didn't assist me since he apparently cant do anything for me if I don't confirm 7 things from my policy. I asked him to to advise me who my broker but he didn't want to supply me even with those details. Momemtum is absolutely useless. How can i do business with a business that make things as hard and difficult as possible.
This was my second visit to John Dorry Northgate. Each time we ate there, there was something that they couldn't serve. I wanted half chicken and chips which they dint have. My wife's plate didn't arrive with chips. Her portions were so small I in my mind decided there as well that John Dorry has turned into a ******* restaurant like their owners Spur. The waiters are stupid. I was double charged after I told the stupid waiter it was paid for but she insisted that I swipe again. I will never eat at a John Dorry in my life again. Its was my daughters birthday and I didn't want to make a scene there last night. I want my money back with my bank charges and the waiters tip in my account before close of business today. Contact to discuss this complaint or I will escalate this matter.
I decided to buy new weddings rings for myself and my wife. Ross Reid went the extra mile to help us to pick the best rings. After we purchased the rings he also bought our old rings at a good price and then also repaired another ring for us at a very reasonable price. I tried a number of jewelry stores but will not try anyone else ever again as long as Ross and Origin diamonds are still in business.
With Capitec lowering the interest rates offered on their savings accounts Capitec in now as common as mostly any bank out there and also considering that Capitec is also in trouble with the Reserve bank for breaking some laws and getting fined I must admit I no longer feel save at Capitec and will systematically move all my business back to FNB. Do not do business with this bank. They used to be market leaders pioneering low cost banking but they are now starting to show their true colors.
I struggled for the last 3 weeks to make calls and get calls on the Telkom network here is Northriding Randburg. I called Telkom and was advised to adjust some settings on my phone. That didn't work. I then decided to port my number over to MTN. I joined MTN and got better value for my money and can make calls again to my clients. If Telkom is letting you down. Don't struggle with them. Move your Telkom sim card to a prepaid sim card and go the network provider of your choice and ask them too assist you with a port and then buy a sim card of that Network provider of your choice and within 12 hours you will be on your new network and you will still have your old number.... and wala life goes on with out Telkom blues and their issues. Set yourself FREE from FREEME and TELKOM and all their **** excuses of why things don't work and say Yello to MTN who can offer a NETWORK that really works. MTN Superflex is also anyway better than anything TELKOM can offer at this point. Telkom you will soon see my wife and kids on the MTN network. Cheers and catch a wake up TELKOM.......
I bought a new car this month and thought at first my premium at SANTAM was a bit steep. However after looking around in the market and gettting a couple of quotes I found that no other insurer (Virseker, Discovery, King Price, Budget, Momemtum, Naked or Hollard) could offer me a good premium. Thanks SANTAM for being a reliable insurer and always assisting me with the best offer and on top of that also offering me a broker to advice and assist me through all the steps of getting insurance. On top of it all SANTAM have always treated us very fairly.
I tried to book a test drive via the website. The links does not respond. I booked test drives with other manufacturers but just Haval has a website that does not work properly. If you cant run your website??? Can you actually run your business properly?
I bought a Suzuki Swift 1.2 GLX in 2022. After about a month of driving the car I realized that the air-con button was damaged and I reported it to Suzuki. This was disappointing for a new car. They at first tried a quick fix but the problem persisted and that was a disappointing. When I took the car in for my 15 000 km service I had a debate with Suzuki about the issue and they advised me that they will resolve the issue. They ordered a replacement part and called me two months later and replaced the faulty part. I appreciate the fact Suzuki resolved the issue. The Suzuki Swift is a basic car but it does seem to be backed by a brand that one can trust......
This is now the 3rd time over 10 years that I use Paragon. Their service is getting better. Willie assisted me to order a part for my laptop and kept me informed on when the part will be available and then fitted the part to my laptop within a day. The job was not a easy one but yet his team made sure I suffered very little down time. The keyboard and top lid replacement of my laptop was done so well that I cant even see the laptop was ever opened. The labor rates as also very reasonable. Use them. They are good. For real.!!!!
Its impossible to de-link my old cellphone from my profile. The step by step process does not work. When I call I get tied up into a complicated process that waste my airtime. To try and do it online also does not work. I managed to get my other banks app setup and running within 5 minutes. Even my daughter agrees that FNB is so complicated that its no longer a pleasure to use them. I think its time I close this FNB account that I keep open just as a back up and move it elsewhere.
