upon visiting the drive through the intercom is working but at low quality. the displayscreen with the intercom is not working so an order cannot be reviewed. i ask the saleslady if i can come around to speak to her to place my order. all the products is not displayed on the outside advertisng board find it difficult to name the food by their names. lady refused and said i can order over microphone. i came around and pay for the order after checking with her. employer was yawning cleary having a long day. on receiving my order i was told to wait in the parking lot. by diong so the shop dont have to produce the take away within the time limit set.i politely declined offer. told them i am not a delivery person i chose the drivethrough to get my food and drive off or else i could have come into the shop. on arrival of my order the order was incomplete and now i had to pay another 30 rand more. this always look like the customer has not check his receit after repeating 3 times my order and it is still added wrongly. i am highly dissapionted as i paid over R400 rand for my order.
