Horrible service
What a horrible experience in store we had the evening of the 24th April 2026 with my family! We placed our order and it took over an hour to get our meal and this is after complaining to the manager. The manager and the lady who was disbursing orders are terrible, absolutely NO problem solving skills but rather a dismissive attitude! I will never set foot in this store after this experience!

Hi there, Please work on your workers manners. It is terrible to get to window to collect food and you get someone that only says "can I see your slip" We are paying a fortune for customer service like that. Very rude indeed. You can atleast greet. Like a normal selling techique, customer pays your salary and dont owe you anything. KFC SW5 Vanderbijlpark

Streetwise 2 Loaded **********
Advertise vs What you get.. We order KFC.. On the add the Streetwise 2 Loaded you get a lot of chips with gold brown chicken.. When we open the food in the car we saw the little bit of chips we got. We when back inside and ask the Manager about the chips and then her reply was that's how they made it.. What a waste of money was this!!! Very very unhappy... Pity I can't attach the pics here...
