I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received at the KFC Woodmead drive-through at approximately 21:23. Upon placing my order through the automated system, I spoke with a representative named Lerato, who informed me that there was no meat available. I requested to wait for my order, as it was still relatively early before closing time.
However, when I proceeded to the payment window, the attendant, who was not wearing a name badge, spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner. She advised me that I would need to wait 30 minutes for my order, despite my earlier conversation with Lerato. I was concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene of the establishment, given the attendant's appearance.
Furthermore, I noticed that the attendant had intentionally removed the QR code from my initial receipt, which would have allowed me to provide feedback on their service. When I arrived at the collection window, my order was surprisingly ready, contradicting the earlier claim of a 30-minute wait.
Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, and the fries were undercooked. I requested a reprint of my receipt, which was met with resistance. After a 20-minute wait, a representative from the administrative office reprinted my receipt on an A4 sheet without the QR code, effectively preventing me from providing feedback.
During this time, a representative named Nokwanda spoke to me in a condescending manner, implying that my insistence on a correct receipt was impacting their operations. I felt disrespected, denied service, and treated poorly throughout the entire experience.
I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to address the issues I encountered. Bad bad bad bad baaad
