A warning to all Suppliers and Vendors: Customer does NOT pay. Should you do any work for them, a deposit is not sufficient as you will not get your balance. Although Simoney (accounts department) has tried everything to get the owners to pay, acknowledging all outstanding monies, they have yet to honour their debt, affecting the cash flow of companies who completed requested repairs.

KFT TRANSPORT & RIGGING HAVE LEFT ME WITH A DISASTER
Crane & trucks arrived 2 days late, (had run off the road on the 20th April), to move 3 x 20 ft containers. First container lifted but crane couldn't move it 300 mm to left. I called KTF to say the crane was inadequate for the job, to be told the crane was tested & certified a week ago. When lifting the second container, the crane collapsed backwards, dropping container onto another, damaging it and breaking the glass sliding door, aircon and cladding. The MD called back to say 'don't worry, we are insured', and that she'd send an email confirming such. They arranged another crane the following day, which took containers to new property but couldn't lift containers onto the footings, and placed them on the ground. Since then I have not been able to get any reply from the CEO or the MD, and received no emails. I have resorted to calling the Financial Manager who promised to sort this out but so far have heard nothing. They have my R35 000, and I am sitting with 3 containers I cannot use, and deadlines to meet.

This company based in paarl for transportation The driver damaged my vehicle and he’s boss is refusing to pay damages, worse driver didn’t report he had an incident with company truck now owner of truck called me to swear and tell me they wont pay me
