These people have asked for refund since they don’t have what I want its been over 9 days my money hasn’t been issued back to me and I am in need of my funds Their email no response Their customer care no response Their WhatsApp keeps giving automated message Their system is just nonsensical ********* business model and practices, if you don’t buy from them they don’t keep it to repay your money in time
I booked a flight ✈️ online using Ozow 12:12 on the price of the flight was R1669 and I recorded proof of payment from my bank, when I tried to check in it showed my flight was cancelled even though . I tried all means necessary to contact flysafair even called them waited for over 18 min and decided to do call back (which I never received until now) . I get to Lanseria I am told that the flight. The flight was cancelled and payment is not reflecting in their site which means the flight can not be re instated Now I am told I have to make a new payment to get a seat in the flight to Cape Town, now I have to pay R2119.82 mind you the R1669 was never reversed back to me , lady even told me its a issue flysafair is aware about I am not a first case on this issue. Even though I produced proof of payment I had to find ways to get money to make payment since it was the last flight to Cape Town Flysafair ****med me and I had to pay +/- R500 extra when the fault wasn’t in my side , actually not a first time having bad experience with flysafair worst airline ever . When Mango and Kulula were still operating the airline operation was good, flysafair is exploiting customer rights and mine were violated Actual fact even the one they don’t deserve they are on the negatives
DSV Courier has done it again not for the first but second time they took my card from Discovery seeing exactly where the delivery address is now they saying they don’t deliver in township, my question why are they taking things for townships On top of that I say they can deliver in my workplace between 14:00-16:00 I sat there until 17:00 no update nothing truly DSV doesn’t even deserve the 1 I fave them they somewhere in the minus
These guys sold me wrong parts but means of ensuring I pay more than I should , now I returned what I don’t need now they supposed to refund me i am told upto 3 business days, which was ending Monday on Monday new story I will receive my money by Thursday now today they saying it should reflect by tomorrow what kind of customer service os this , is it truly a value of Toyota🤷🏾♂️, am I supposed to be victimised for my money 😢 how can money take more than a week when was supposed to take 3 days and they relaxed ☺️ about the matter They don’t even deserve this 1 they deserve -1😢
When we got there warm reception and a drink was prepared for us already whilst we wait for Eugene to take us into our room. Eugene gave us best service from welcoming and explaining how room works and where to find what he was so helpful and he’s one of reasons I would go back to Rooiberg Rooms are nice and warm environment is bery peaceful good cor retreat or finding yourself again . Morning served breakfast ,during lunch time then drinks on refreshment stop during the drives and supper served as well . Compliments to chef she outdone herself especially those lamb chops and pumpkin soup were my favourite Obviously as anywhere its cant be fully 💯 as can’t expect to satisfy everyone but time to focus a bit on positive things Overall stay I would give it a 9.5/10 The employee stood out for me was Eugene 🙌🏿
This company based in paarl for transportation The driver damaged my vehicle and he’s boss is refusing to pay damages, worse driver didn’t report he had an incident with company truck now owner of truck called me to swear and tell me they wont pay me
The staff isn’t much just a controlled number but as soon as enter the door you gain attention which leads to staff taking your order if there’s any delays (maybe food is still being prepared) you told before ordering and then can individually decide you willing to wait each and every time especially one in Epping (viking centre) they serve with a smile shop is always clean and you will get your warm order and always packed with love Big up to chicken licken staff western cape (Cape Town) especially one in viking centre 🙌🏿
This bus service is the worst , we been wait in knysna since 10:30 🕥 office are closed all contacts details online dont go through and no communication its been more than an hour such poor service 🤮 we waiting here hoping with no communication or bus coming some pupils are travelling with kids and been standing outside no assistance
Have a voucher with Msc but was willing to take it through but they only want vaccinate clients , so I refund , its been 2 months no communication of how far is my refund which I feel should been refunded along time ago now can’t plan a vacation which will satisfy my needs because msc is keeping my money I feel like they being spiteful to me
The service I got for the dsv its so poor I have been waiting for my delivery since Monday today finally it arrived now driver is telling me they don’t deliver at location ( which is fine if they informed me prior ) now they keeping my parcel saying I have to make means to collect but that wasn’t communicated properly and I can’t access my parcel since Monday and driver kept calling me while am at work , saying I need to make a plan or get my parcels tomorrow if I make a plan
