Disappointing service

I’ve been hearing all the hype surrounding this business and subsequently followed them on instagram as I was interested in trying authentic Thai cuisine. My first experience with them was last year in April/May 2023 - business had not yet picked up so they were quite quiet, but regardless of that, we waited quite long for our food even though we ordered timeously (this could be attributed to it being a new business and still needing to get into the swing of things. Second time round, also in 2023 Nov/Dec, service was quite poor, no hospitality towards my husband and I, we felt disgusted by the service as we waited 40+ minutes after waiting 15 minutes for someone to take our order. In addition, my food arrived before my husbands and he had to wait and additional duration of time (this isn’t great and the whole point of eating out is eating together with the person) Last time (I am quite appalled and disappointed at this point) was recently March 2024, I ordered via WhatsApp for pickup and payment on pickup. I made sure to ask that the order be ready for collection at a specific time as I was fasting and needed to break fast. When my husband arrived he was told that the order was not ready and they only commenced preparation after he had paid (to a degree I understand but if the concern is that someone will not pitch for their order the put procedures in place to mitigate that). He then had to wait for the order and all the staff said was they’ll see what they can do but first appeared confused and accusatory of us having not placed the order. No apologies were conveyed and no professionalism in my opinion.
