I am super dissapointed in Spar Khayelitsha Mall, on the 24th Jan I bought my groceries and with that I bought Joes Burgers for my daughter’s lunchbox. I only started using the burgers last week Sunday preps for Monday, burgers had a foul smell, smelling sour I only took out two and I put them back in the freezer, only to use them again today, the burgers are frozen but you can smell the sourness and I only took note of the colour, the burgers are greening meaning they are rotten, I have picture. I am writing with the hope that they will call me back so I can show them the picture as Ii am not able to visit the store during week because I am working.

I purchased a sausage from one of your Spar stores in Khayelitsha Mall last weekend, and when I was eating it today, I discovered something unsettling and repulsive that could have been anything. Can you imagine if a child had been eating this, they would have choked? My colleague had the same experience when someone from Spa chewed a plastic bottle cap and decided to spit out on the food, which was served to customers to eat and unfortunately it was served to my colleague and she reported at the store telephonic and was told to come an get another meal that was an apology in Makhaya store. This disgusting evidence was sent to Spar in Makhaya. Your staff is acting extremely disgustingly because they obviously do not take precautions when packing and preparing food. They so ******** and arrogant for such a big brand

I recently visited Khayelitsha Mall SuperSpar and I must say even before entering the store, I was puzzled by the dysfunctional trolleys. You had to literally lift the trolley to move or turn instead of pushing it. The store was not that packed but the issue was malfunctioning trolleys for everyone in the store, people are lifting trolleys at the store. Poorly elderly couldn't move and were unable to move due to dysfunctional trolleys and sadly they can't lift it because they are not so strong. I asked the lady who roams around with the microphone and making announcements - she couldn't answer me. She walked away instead. Left me hanging. I managed to get to the baby food section in the corner somewhere. Such a sad sight seeing a lady who works as a merchandiser. Her trolley is literally damaged, she was lifting it in order to move items. I asked her what's going on here with the trolleys, all she could say was "all of them are like this". Totally unacceptable for letting your employees work under such conditions. Totally disgraceful to let the elderly people suffer like that in your premises whilst supporting your business. Sort out the trolley issue - it is not that difficult! Do not let your lack of care and being unorganised affect the customers that is totally unfair to customers as well as employees. Do better!

Worst service ever I got from your pharmacy I will never and ever set a foot there again. I dont know what ****** business you guys are running. I got there to see the nurse before 17:30 and I was told that the nurse has left home. Are you not paying her enough? The cleaner light skinned girl still gave me an attitude. When I got to thr counter to purchase the med I want your assistant is not paying any attention to me. I had to wave at her. Spar service is totally the worst even your store has too little aisle with rude staff pushing customers away with groceries.

Went to Khayelitsha SUPERSPAR last Sunday the 15th I was very angry with the standard of the store. As I walked in the were empty boxes all over you could see that someone ws busy with the veggies and left the empty boxes there. As I walked towards the vegetable refrigerator I was so disappointed to find everything soo rotten in the fridge. I then went to the meat fridge sausages were off completely and turned white. I understand that load shedding is playing a role but the difference is that when you get to the other Spar supermarkets it's a different story. The inequality is still an issue. Those who are less fortunate are the ones to be served with trash. It's very hurtbreaking and it's a shame to know that we are less important because we have nothing.

Isn't suppose if the shop operates 7am to 7pm,that means they should be rolling down the doors at exactly 7 o'clock but what a bad I was given by the security telling me that at 18:50 they stop allowing the customers from entering the store & that was exactly 18:50.I asked for the store manager but she never showed, instead that, 1 of the securities asked me what I wanted to purchase & I told her that I'm fine whereas I was very angry with the way they treated me...

Hi everyone I wish that somebody can do something about the awful service that they provide. From the cashier's till the management, if you report one of the employees they tell you straight that there's nothing that they'll do. They can't secrifise their relationship with their "friend's/colleagues" because of a stupid customer that they do not know. It's so sad
