I am super dissapointed in Spar Khayelitsha Mall, on the 24th Jan I bought my groceries and with that I bought Joes Burgers for my daughter’s lunchbox. I only started using the burgers last week Sunday preps for Monday, burgers had a foul smell, smelling sour I only took out two and I put them back in the freezer, only to use them again today, the burgers are frozen but you can smell the sourness and I only took note of the colour, the burgers are greening meaning they are rotten, I have picture. I am writing with the hope that they will call me back so I can show them the picture as Ii am not able to visit the store during week because I am working.
To pay R395 for uncapped Wi-Fi and it's hard to even connect 1 device, the connection baffles like no one's business, it takes years to get a technician to come and do an inspection. I regret everyday subscribing to them. When I call, they will sympathize telling me that I am paying so much to be experiencing such bad connection, as if that's supposed to make me feel better. I hate it, I hate TooMuch Wi-Fi
I am utterly disappointed with TooMuchWifi, internet connection is very poor, no proper communication and very rude customer service agents.
Woolworths Financial Services and their Debt collecting partners are the pits. I regret the day I took out their store card and I cannot wait to pay them off and close the account. It seems like the words "Payment Plan' is foreign to them. Masters in messing up your Credit score.
Worst Service ever and no words can express my frustrations at this point, I submitted my claim in October 2023, filled in all the forms and my previous employer submitted the forms too. I received no feedback until I decided to contact my previous employer for feedback, he then advised that I need to contact Alex Forbes as the matter is now with them, I called Alex Forbes only to be told that I need to resubmit the forms as the claim/forms were void, I did just so. No feedback to say we received the forms or anything, I called again last month January 2024 to only be told that I need to submit a bank form still in order for my claim to be processed. What ****es me off is that I need to follow up only to be told that there is forms still missing or needs to be filled. I have done so, still no feedback. I took the initiative to call them again this morning only to be told that they still need to forward the forms somewhere which I believe that's for verification and I need to wait for feedback. For someone who's last day at work was in September 2023, I still haven't received my payout yet. I am very appalled by Alex Forbes and judging by the number of bad reviews they have, tells me more of how bad they are. I hope they resolve this.
Never have I experienced such poor service with my previous service provider, I was referred to Vumatel because their network is good, true but when it comes to customer service appalling. Their WhatsApp channel is not user friendly, you hardly get an answer when you try and call them, I got lucky and called requesting to move my router to another room in my yard. I was told that I will get a call back, nothing. There is no where a customer can write a complaint to them because their whatsapp is useless. I am super disappointed. I think its best I cancel because its pointless having a wifi at home far from my current room as I have changed rooms, I have not internet there but I am paying for internet.
I am very disgusted and disappointed in Telkom and Debt in. Telkom handed me over to Debt in 2 years ago, I have been paying very well, this was supposed to be my last month of paying as I made an arrangement to pay off the account. All of a sudden Debt in stopped the debit order and they told me that Telkom removed the debt from them. Now I haven't made the two payments left and this is now affecting my credit score and when Telkom decides to call me the debt would have accumulated more interest and I will be expected to pay more. This is a total rip off and I am super upset.
The worst debt collecting company ever, day light robbers. I don't know why Telkom chose to use Debtin. They never send any statement to show your progress. They make you agree to debicheck mendate and double debit your money knowing very well that you wont be able to dispute it. Worst company ever.
Is this company legit, there is absolutely something fishy about this company. Telkom handed me over to them for a debt thats over 5 years now, I never recieved any calls or letters from Telkom regarding the Debt. Earlier this year I recieved a call from this pathetic company. I made a payment arrangment, they have been debiting since May this year, i never recieved any statements until today that I requested for one. On the statement they adding extra interest and comission fee which I dont know what is it for every month. The debt goes up instead of going down. Day light robbery.
