Disgusting service

I purchased a sausage from one of your Spar stores in Khayelitsha Mall last weekend, and when I was eating it today, I discovered something unsettling and repulsive that could have been anything. Can you imagine if a child had been eating this, they would have choked?

My colleague had the same experience when someone from Spa chewed a plastic bottle cap and decided to spit out on the food, which was served to customers to eat and unfortunately it was served to my colleague and she reported at the store telephonic and was told to come an get another meal that was an apology in Makhaya store. This disgusting evidence was sent to Spar in Makhaya. Your staff is acting extremely disgustingly because they obviously do not take precautions when packing and preparing food.

They so ******** and arrogant for such a big brand
