The experience was so horrible, I stayed for a month and I got to a point were I just ignored every bad service I received. You will call to order food in the evening-the food will take 2 hours and when u complain you will just get a sorry and no improvements the following day, same thing in the morning due to busy schedule you request a breakfast pack an hour before you leave the hotel-at the time of departure it's still not ready when you complain you'll get a sorry with no improvements. Phones at times are out of order which means no room service you literally have to go to the reception area and make such arrangements. I'm really not happy as a result I'm not enjoying my stay at Venda because where I thought it's home it's actually frustrating.
