Terrible service

Good day

The service i received at the hotel was bad. Totally shocking. I would not recommend the place to anyone in future.

The service is a zero out of ten.

I would like to complain about the treatment i have just received from Khoroni Hotel Casino Convention Resort in Cnr. Mphephu & Phala-phala Street Thohoyandou 0950.

I was just manhandled by the security guard. This is unprofessional behaviour that no guest should experience. He grabbed me and restricted me from accessing the hotel.

The security guard's conduct was out of line, and I do not expect this from such a hotel.
