Bad experience from one of the agent, I called in on Friday ( 20-03-2026 ) 15:38 the agent was talking to me as if we friends, instead of addressing me politely, he ended up saying, why don`t you pay `Niyahlupha` . that`s inappropriate for someone who is dealing with clients, he needs to be taught customer etiquette, that ****ed me off!!!!
