Very dissatisfied

I was promised if I pay them a R10 000 they will assist me in removing my name from itc, i had a judgement with nedbank, and they said that they will assist in removing the judgement if i pay them R10 000. When the lady Aakiefa approached me i told her that the reason i made an arrangement with nedbank was because i needed to apply for a job. I was upfront in telling her that, she told me that she can still assist in the removal. Then a week back after i paid the R10 000 they changed there tune in saying  they wont beable to remove it as i already made a payment arrangement. In the same time nedbank called me and they offered me a discount and they said that if i pay then the judgement will be removed. My husband sold his car so that i could pay nedbank the amount. Which we settled in full on the discounted amount they provided. I called Aakiefa from khusela again and asked for my R10 000 back as i already settled with the lawyers of nedbank. Then she told me they wont beable to return the money as they already worked on my profile. I then ask what did they do cause we agreed that the R10000 would be to remove my nane from itc, she said its admin charges. Im so angry as what did they really do. My husband then called them and demanded the money they onky paid us a R4500 back from that amount and said that its for admin fee. I still want to know how can they charge me R5500 for doing nothing, what admin charges are they talking about. Then i send them my paid up letters as i thought they can help me remove the judgement quicker as i paid them for a servise, they said they will look into it, im ****ed off with them as they took my money but cant even deliver, im a very unsatisfied client and i will not recommend anyone to use there services. Why would you take a R5500 of my money and cnat even deliver. I want my R5500 back. They are the worse place to do business with. Im realy ****ed at them for taking my money and not deliver what they said they will do.
