SA Debt Rescue, would not recommend, they keep you in debt review

after 2 Months of waiting for DEBT RESCUE !!! to get the ball rolling, I am still under debt review and still not happy, they said 2 weeks and then I would get the clearance. still waiting.

more than 2 weeks ago I phoned in with their terrible customer line and requested that the team management needs to phone me back, guess what I still waiting :). still waiting for the apology from their side with their not so great customer service. guess the only way to get a response from them is when you report 1 star on this site.
